In September, RTIS was honoured to receive the Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)’s Gold Award, for outstanding support to the Armed Forces Community.
To receive the ERS Gold Award, employers must meet several criteria, including signing the Armed Force Covenant, a promise that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
RTIS has proactively demonstrated its forces-friendly credentials as part of our recruiting and selection processes, as we strive to support our defence forces and encourage other organisations to do so.
Following the announcement of the Gold Award in September, we received a letter from the H.M Lord Lieutenant of Suffolk, commending our efforts.
It truly is an honour and a privilege to work with and support the Ministry of Defence, service leavers, reservists and their families who all sacrifice so much to keep our country safe.
