We are delighted to confirm that RT Infrastructure Solutions has been selected by Network Rail to deliver the CP7 Southern Signalling Maintenance Framework.
This award is a testament to our team’s technical excellence and our unwavering commitment to keeping the UK’s busiest rail routes safe and reliable. We will begin to collaborate with the Maintenance Delivery Units across Wessex and Kent to ensure a high-performing railway for every passenger.
The framework is for a duration of four years plus four optional extension years, to be instructed in annual increments (1+1+1+1). The framework has an estimated value range of £22,800,000 – £45,600,000.
RT Infrastructure Solutions will be delivering all aspects of works to include, but not limited to:
Completion of planned maintenance scheduled tasks
Reporting of issues found that will need resolution to include those that require resolution within 24 hours
Maintenance, Installation, testing and commissioning requirements.

SMTH Testing of all equipment as required
To work as a standalone team.
To provide proof of testing records e.g. SMTH slips, pictures of maintenance record cards etc
Teams will include IRSE Licenced, Team leaders, SMTH Testers, Technicians, Operatives and Assistant Installers as required by each task. Teams to have relevant ATW (Authority To Work) for equipment on the Southern Region. The works will comply with the requirements of the current issues of all NR standards. This list is not exhaustive, and the scope will provide the teams the flexibility to procure any signalling requirements required by the DUs.
