We play our part in providing the rail workforce of the future, directly addressing the need for the 120,000 additional trained and talented people required in the sector over the next five to ten years.

To address the skills gap and increase the number of people entering rail, RT-IS has developed excellent links with the Ministry of Defence to offer a proven career progression route for reskilling service leavers who are dedicated to success.

The senior team at RT-IS have an extensive history of working within the UK rail industry. Many of the leadership team have been with RT-IS since its inception and have played a pivotal role in creating the business and its values.
