All systems go for RTIS Testing & Commissioning Services

We are pleased to announce further expansion to our business through the recent addition of John Marshall as our new Test & Commissioning Manager. John has joined our company from a period of time spent in Australia where he was Head of Testing & Commissioning for Siemens ASEAN, with direct responsibility for all Siemens Rail Projects in Australia and New Zealand.

John joined the railway over 35 years ago and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to us, particularly in the area of ETCS where his knowledge of delivering this type of signalling control system will be extremely valuable in the UK market.

As well as being directly involved with managing the Test & Commissioning aspects of our direct projects, John will also be responsible for growing additional functional/correspondence testers with the RTIS business. One of John’s key goals is to produce a self-sufficient highly competent signal works testing organisation, with the ability to multi-skill into other signalling areas as required.

Says Simon Jamieson RTIS CEO “I am extremely pleased that someone of John’s calibre has joined what I think will be an exciting journey into undertaking more Test & Commissioning services within the rail industry. The addition of John to our team gives us the ability to self-deliver GRIP 6-8 works as a one-stop solution for our ever increasing customer base.”
